Lisa’s father Don Roper established his successful Accountancy business when Lisa was a small child at their family home where the business still remains today.  After an initial career in banking, Lisa decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and join the family business – 30 years on she has now taken over the reins upon Don’s retirement and is carrying on his legacy.  Lisa says the most valuable lesson that I learnt from my father was to build strong relationships and understand your clients and I remain true to my father’s plan.

In her spare time Lisa breeds Sportshorses for the sport of Showjumping and has had many successes with her horses alongside her friend Tom Monaghan who is an International Showjumper and Producer.
