Don Roper, like Lisa, began his career in banking but found his true calling in supporting small businesses. Starting the practice from the family kitchen table, he became a champion for entrepreneurs, known for his unwavering moral compass and dedication to helping businesses thrive. One of our proudest milestones is celebrating 40 years of service with a client who first sought Don’s guidance at just 17 years old.​

Don’s passion extended beyond accountancy; he was an avid football enthusiast, often engaging clients in spirited discussions about Arsenal and Southampton. His father, Don Roper Sr., was a professional footballer who played as a winger for both Southampton and Arsenal, contributing significantly to their post-war success.
